How to request deletion

You can request deletion of your Instagram conversation data or order data by contacting Nine Roots Organic.

What to include

• Your Instagram username.
• Your phone number if you placed an order.
• The request text: "Please delete my Nine Roots data."

What we will do

We will delete or anonymize local records when possible. Some order or delivery records may need to be kept temporarily when required for customer support, delivery, or legal/accounting reasons.

We will confirm once the request is processed.

Processing notes

If your request is connected to an active order, we may need to keep limited delivery information until the order is completed, cancelled, or no longer needed for support.
