Customers should inspect the product when it is received. If the product appears damaged or the wrong item was delivered, contact us quickly through email or WhatsApp.
Report damaged or wrong items as soon as possible by contacting sitar2information@gmail.com or WhatsApp 0614458622. Include your name, phone number, order details, and clear photos if available.
For return consideration, the product must be unused and unopened. We may not be able to review a return request for products that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or handled in a way that makes resale unsafe.
Refund and return requests are reviewed case by case. We aim to be fair and customer-friendly, but we do not promise refunds in all situations.
